Series TBC360 Ball Check Valves
Rugged, low-cost ball checks in PVC, CPVC, Beige PP, PVDF. Float balls match body material, except PP ball is GPP. EPDM or Viton seals. Unique double-tier elastomer seat re-centers and positions ball for rapid sealing; this double-tier design also requires minimal reverse pressure to seal as compared to typical ball checks. Furthermore, when reverse pressure drops, the double-tier elastomer instantly releases the ball to permit positive flow in the desired direction.
Offered in 1/2″ through 2″ pipe sizes standard; 3″ and 4″ also available. Most sizes ship from stock in PVC; consult factory to confirm availability.

Bodies, balls, connections and seat carriers available in PVC, CPVC, beige PP, or PVDF. All thermoplastic parts match the specified body material. All float balls match the specified body material, except polypro ball is glass filled. Elastomer seals available in EPDM or FKM. Connections available standard in NPT or socket. Metric, BSP, and other connection types available on request. Pressure ratings typical for schedule 40 piping systems, however the actual maximum pressure varies by application based on temperature, flow rate, and media. For assistance, please consult factory.
